1. Booking and purchase.

Place your orders through the e-shop in the Sales Area (catalogue) on our website.
Each product available for purchase is shown in a photo with a description and its price, which may vary depending on the destination country. You can choose and book any product in the e-shop. After selecting a product, simply choose the quantity and confirm. All confirmed products are added to your shopping cart, where items can still be modified or removed.

To finalize your purchase, you can:

Sign in with your registered email and password.
Register a new account by filling out the provided form.
Proceed without registering until you are prompted for necessary information.

Once you receive an Order Confirmation Form from ILINX S.r.l. by email or fax, your order is acknowledged and confirmed. Order confirmations are typically sent within two working days of receiving the order.

ILINX S.r.l. may refuse an order at its discretion if any details are incorrect or unreliable (e.g., partial payment data, invalid invoicing details, incomplete shipping address) or if there are errors with the products (e.g., incorrect price, no availability, or wrong description).

While we strive to keep all catalogue information accurate and up to date, the website content should not be considered a binding representation of the products.
All pictures, descriptions, and drawings aim to describe the product as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.

2. Product availability and price.

The listed price for each product includes VAT (value-added tax) in the specified currency, excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees depend on the chosen delivery service, the number of items, as well as the volume, weight, and destination of the shipment. These fees will be clearly indicated both during the purchase process and on the Order Confirmation Form.

All products featured in our e-shop are generally in stock. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in delivery or if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email immediately.

ILINX S.r.l. delivers to all countries specified during registration. Should any customs or import issues arise with your purchased products, we will inform you promptly via email and process a refund if necessary.

3. Payment terms.

You can make your payment using one of the following methods:

Credit Card or Prepaid Card via Stripe (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and other options available through the Stripe network).

4. Delivery and Courier Fees.

All orders placed by the Customer and confirmed by ILINX S.r.l. will be shipped via express courier (national or international) to the shipping address provided by the Customer. A shipping fee based on the destination country will apply and be indicated on the Order Confirmation Form.

Shipments are dispatched once full payment for the order has been received by ILINX S.r.l. Delivery costs may vary depending on the volume and weight of the shipment. ILINX S.r.l. may occasionally offer discounted delivery fees or free shipping services to support commercial initiatives, which will be described on the website and during checkout.

Delivery times:

Italy: Approx. 1-3 working days from the shipment date.

Countries within the EU: generally, 3-4 working days (or no later than 30 days).

Countries outside the EU: typically, 4-5 working days from the shipment date.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. The Customer will be notified by email if there are any changes to the expected delivery times.

5. Duty and import taxes.

No customs duties or import taxes apply if the products are sold and delivered within Italy or any other EU country.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, products may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes, depending on the item and the destination country. It is not possible for us to predict what charges may be required. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

In all cases, the Customer is responsible for any charges related to import taxes and/or duties.

ILINX Srl to support the commercial activities of some products in specific countries, reserves the right to apply a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping policy describing the new delivery conditions on the website and/or during check out. In this case the indicated price will also include import taxes, customs fees and local taxes from the country.

6. Right of withdrawal.

Customers may withdraw from the purchase – without providing any reason – within 30 working days from the day the products are delivered. This right can be exercised by contacting us via the contact form within the specified timeframe. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To proceed, the product must be returned undamaged, as received, in its original packaging, and only after receiving confirmation from ILINX S.r.l.

ILINX S.r.l. will refuse any shipment sent freight collect. The reimbursement for the returned product, at its invoiced amount, will be made within 14 days after ILINX S.r.l. receives the product, directly to the Customer’s bank account via bank transfer.

Products that are damaged, incomplete, broken, or soiled due to the Customer’s actions will not be refunded, and in no case will the full purchase price be reimbursed.

If the return is due to an error by ILINX S.r.l., all shipping fees will be covered by the seller. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
